These are not wine bars, clubs or classic wine shops: at Bottega Botlé, tasting becomes an opportunity for entertainment and discovery, designed for those who want to approach the world of wine with lightness and awareness.
Guests sample a curated selection of Italian wines, paired with local delicacies from our pantry, while interacting with a tablet powered by Rewine technology — a digital guide that helps identify aromas, characteristics and tasting notes, step by step. It’s what we call the Sommelier’s Game — a playful, intuitive way to learn more about wine while enjoying the experience.

With interactive tablets and smart dispensers, each guest can explore the world of wine freely — choosing what to taste, how much to pour, and receiving tailored suggestions along the way. The Sommelier’s Game makes learning about aromas and characteristics playful and accessible, while the built-in AI remembers your preferences to make each visit even more personal.
