Our Pantry is a journey through the authentic flavours of Italy’s regions.

We select artisanal specialties from small local producers who preserve traditional recipes, ingredients and methods. Truffles, preserves, cheeses, cured meats, vinegars, pestos, pickled specialties and desserts that surprise us: a diverse range of products, each chosen because it tells the story of the place it comes from.

Many of them are paired with wines during our tastings, because discovering a region also means discovering its flavours..

Balsamic vinegar

We only select balsamic vinegars from the area between Modena and Reggio Emilia, recognized and protected area of origin. Aged DOP, High quality PGI and classics cooking balsamic vinegars: each bottle is an authentic expression of Emilian know-how, perfect for enhancing every dish with balance and depth.

Our gift box

Our Gift Box are designed for those looking for a special, personalized and tasteful idea. You can choose between three formats – S, L and XL – and freely compose them with the products you prefer. A simple and original way to giving true flavours, telling stories and bring a piece of territory on the table of someone you love.

The art of fresh pasta

Our fresh pasta is available only on order: if you want to order a freshly made tagliatella or an exceptional tortellino, give us a call.
