Our pantry
A selection of excellence and artisanal products which bring the taste of true flavours back to everyday dishes. Balsamic vinegar, pestos, preserves and spreads sweet and savoury – such as pistachio cremini, artisanal hummus and Romagna mustard – together with Bolognese specialities such as friggione, sweet and sour onions, brines and spice mixes. Also in ready-to-fly format.
Balsamic vinegar
We only select balsamic vinegars from the area between Modena and Reggio Emilia, recognized and protected area of origin. Aged DOP, High quality PGI and classics cooking balsamic vinegars: each bottle is an authentic expression of Emilian know-how, perfect for enhancing every dish with balance and depth.
