Operational management of the shop and tastings
The operational management of the Shop, tastings, and payments related to the services offered on the site is entrusted to the following company:

This company is responsible for the correct execution of transactions and the provision of the purchased service.
2. Premises
This document constitutes a legal agreement between the User and the company that manages bottegabotle.com and governs the use of the site and the services offered.
“Legal Agreement” means that the terms of this agreement, once accepted by you, are binding.
Please note that, although the site is owned by Botlé Franchising Srl, the operational management of the point of sale, the sale of tastings and the related payments is entrusted to a third party duly indicated in this document.
3. Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
- The sales contract stipulated between Bottega Botlé and the Customer, through the web portal "www.bottegabotle.com", is deemed concluded upon acceptance, even partial, of the order by Bottega Botlé, which reserves the right to accept the order. Acceptance is always explicit and is communicated to the Customer at the email address provided at the time of ordering. By placing an order through any of the available methods, the Customer must declare that they have read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accept the general terms and conditions and payment terms described below.
- If the Customer is a final consumer (natural person for purposes not related to his/her professional activity), once the purchase has been concluded through the site https://bottegabotle.com, he/she must print or save an electronic copy and, in any case, keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of art. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree no. 185/1999 on distance selling.
- Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or indemnity, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order, is expressly excluded.
4. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the User who qualifies as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the online purchase, without having to provide any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must send an explicit written communication of his/her intention to withdraw via email to info@botle.it within the aforementioned deadline.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the service has actually been used (e.g., once the tasting has taken place).
5. Purchase methods
- The Customer may purchase only the products present in the electronic catalogue of Bottega Botlé at the time of placing the order and viewable at the web address mercatocopertodiravenna.it, as described in the relevant information sheets. Bottega Botlé reserves the right to modify the information on the properties of the products to adapt them to those provided by the manufacturers, without prior notice. It is understood that the image accompanying the descriptive sheet of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, and may differ in colour, size, accessory products present in the figure. Bottega Botlé assumes no responsibility for any errors present in the product sheets of the items marketed, which must therefore be considered purely explanatory for commercial and marketing purposes.
- Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Bottega Botlé by means of an e-mail response, sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will report the Date and Time of receipt of the order and a 'Customer Order Number', to be used in any further communication with Bottega Botlé.
- In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Bottega Botlé undertakes to promptly communicate this to the Customer.
- All prices on the site are intended as prices to the public and, therefore, inclusive of VAT. Bottega Botlé reserves the right to change prices at any time, without prior notice. Changes made to offers and related prices are effective from the date and time of publication on the mercatocopertodiravenna.it site.
- Bottega Botlé reserves the right to accept or refuse an order, even if valid, at its sole discretion.
- Bottega Botlé reserves the right to place orders only if expressly indicated in the Notes field.
6. Payment methods
Payment Management
Payments for services purchased on bottegabotle.com are handled by Botlé SRL, which is also responsible for providing tastings.
These payments are made through the PayPal platform, which allows you to make secure transactions with credit or debit cards, even without registering with PayPal.
PayPal supports the main international circuits: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.
All payment data is processed exclusively by PayPal, on secure servers and according to its security protocols. Neither Bottega Botlé (Botlé Franchising Srl) nor Botlé SRL access or store your payment card details in any way.
The order is considered confirmed upon successful completion of the transaction. The user cannot independently cancel the order after payment has been confirmed, unless exercising the right of withdrawal, in the permitted cases (see paragraph 4).
The operating company reserves the right to request additional information or documentation in the event of transaction anomalies or suspected fraud. If the user fails to respond, the order may be canceled.
Bottega Botlé issues invoices only if expressly requested by the customer at checkout.
7. Invoices and Receipts
- InvoiceIf requested by the customer at checkout (Notes field), the invoice will be issued within 15 days of the purchase date. This invoice will be issued after the 14-day withdrawal period, in accordance with current legislation.
- Fiscal receiptIt is issued at the time of use of the service, i.e. when the user shows up for the tasting at the Bottega Botlé.
8. Registration
In order to use the Services or part of them, Users must register by providing, truthfully and completely, all the data requested in the relevant registration form and fully accept the Privacy Policy and this Agreement. You are responsible for safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
It is understood that in no case may the Owner be held responsible in the event of loss, disclosure, theft or unauthorized use by third parties, for any reason, of the Users' access credentials.

10. Indemnity
The User undertakes to indemnify the Owner (as well as any companies controlled or affiliated by the same, its representatives, directors, agents, licensees, partners and employees), from any obligation or liability, including any legal fees incurred for defense in court, which may arise in response to damage caused to other Users or third parties, in relation to the content uploaded online, to the violation of the law or the terms of these conditions of service.
11. Applicable Law and Court
This contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute concerning the interpretation, execution, and validity of this contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Data Controller's registered office, except as provided for by the exclusive jurisdiction of the consumer pursuant to applicable law.
